Various production methods are used for producing both compact and sandwich components. Glass, carbon, Aramid and Vectran prepregs or dry fibres are processed in moulds in a special process and cured with exact heat treatment in an autoclave or annealing furnace in vacuum conditions and possibly given a further heat treatment. These parts exhibit the highest stability for the lowest weight.
Master patterns and production moulds are produced by Hintsteiner in-house, thus ensuring a short processing time right up to parts production.
